Our aim was to develop a dynamic, cutting-edge and sophisticated platform that reflects the company's edge and ambition.
We kicked off with a deep dive into the business, unlocking transformational insights through collaboration.
Delving into the target market to uncover unmet needs, evaluating the competition and available offerings.
Through carefully designed workshops to define Speeki’s ‘what-why-how", we discovered their purpose and competitive edge.
The primary tool developed for implementing the strategy is an innovative three-stage model of collecting signals from many sources, analysing them for predictive insights into emerging risks, and proposing impactful actions to resolve them.
The brand strategy is built around the key objective of helping companies to thrive and grow by avoiding ESG risks and implementing positive ESG practices.
The purpose is not only to assist them to reduce risk, but to add value to their business model and enable them to leverage their enhanced ESG management through ratings, certifications and reporting.
'Take no chances. Hear all voices' is based on the core idea that rather than waiting for a single whistleblower to publicly uncover issues in your business, you get ahead of all the potential ESG issues in your company.
Sophisticated Ai-driven algorithms within the platform can detect the tell-tale signatures in conversations, business decisions and business transaction data that could indicate potential fraud, bribery, racial discrimination or other risks at an early stage.
We created user personas for different customer groups, mapping out UX journeys for six defined user roles, from the C-Suite, compliance and legal to the supply chain.
Speeki Platform is rich in information, so efficient navigation was a key goal to facilitate each user’s individual journey through the site.
